Linia Gedi visited the University of Cambridge on two separate occasions in 2022 and 2023 for approximately 6 months on research visits. Here she worked on the synthesis of monolithic UiO-66 and its functionalized derivatives for the use in enzyme immobilization for carbon dioxide utilization, and for water sorption studies. She was hosted by Prof Andrew Wheatley’s research group. She was exposed to majestic instruments that were relevant to her research.
