The workshop was intended to equip early career fellows with understanding the award agreement, UNESCO financial procedures, research planning, publications, presentation skills and more importantly the ability to keep back to the community. \u00a0She was exposed the Elettra Synchrotron, Trieste, an International Centre for multidisciplinary research with a range of laboratory equipment relevant to her research.
