Ishekudzwai was born in Zvishavane, Zimbabwe. In 2014, he completed his Advanced level studies from Fletcher High School and went to pursue his tertiary education at Midlands State University, Gweru. Currently, his research involves the synthesis of novel metal-organic frameworks using mixed ligands. Ishekudzwai enjoys watching soccer, listening to music and watching movies.
