Rinos is a renowned entrepreneur, youth leader, and customer experience specialist. He is a holder of several qualifications including a B Com Degree and MBA from (MSU), Branding and Digital Media-CIM, Certified Customer Experience Practitioner-CICM, Executive Leadership Certificate from Oxford University/AFLI -UK, and final year Ph.D. candidate.
Rinos is the co-founder Africcs Pvt Ltd one of the first call centre company to be established in Zimbabwe. He is also involved with several successful organisations in various capacities including Facelift Construction, Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe, Chartered Institute of Customer Management which is headquartered in South Africa with a presence in over 10 countries, Zambian Institute of Customer Management, Leisure Plus International among others.
He is currently working with various stakeholders in government to set up the Government National Call Centre which is set to create thousands of jobs for the youths in Zimbabwe. Rinos is also Chairperson at Proctor and Associates. He is active in youth development initiatives as a curator at World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers, Vice Chairperson at Zimbabwe Youth Council, and trustee at Campus Community Foundation.
He is a recipient of several local and international awards including the Desmond Tutu Fellowship Award (AFLI/ Oxford University-UK), Young Visionary Award (Indian Government-India), Top Young Person of the Year (JCI), Business Leadership Award (Megafest), among others. Rinos was a judge for the Buy Zimbabwe Awards in 2014 and 2015 and, Retailers Awards for 2016, Harare Metro CSR Awards hosted by the Provincial Minister Harare Metro in Zimbabwe among others.
