NOTICE TO SUCCESSFUL AUGUST 2024 APPLICANTS

1. Offer letters can be accessed through the following link https://apply.msu.ac.zw.

Alternatively, offer letters can be collected from any of the following MSU campuses: –

 

• Gweru Campus, Senga
• Harare Campus, No. 1 Kwame Nkrumah Avenue
• Zvishavane Campus, Zvishavane
• Bulawayo Campus, Office 504 Fidelity House, Cnr Fife Street/11^th Av

 

2. Orientation will commence on Monday 29 July 2024 for conventional (full-time) students. Orientation for Harare Weekend School is scheduled for 20 July 2024 (Undergraduate) and 21 July 2024 (Postgraduate). Visiting/Block Release students should consult their respective faculties for commencement dates.

 

3. Successful applicants are required to visit Central Records and Archiving Offices at the Gweru, Harare or Zvishavane campuses to get their certificates verified. For this process, successful applicants must bring original and certified copies of national identity card, birth certificate, O’ Level and A’ Level certificates, proof of employment for Harare Weekend School applicants. For Postgraduate programmes, successful applicants must also bring original and certified copies of undergraduate degree certificates and transcripts in addition to the documents mentioned above.

 

4. Registration will only take place after successful verification of certificates and payment of at least 25% of fees.

 

5. Accommodation is limited and will be available on a first come first served basis upon arrival at Gweru and Zvishavane campuses. Accordingly, those offered accommodation are required to pay an accommodation fee (fee to be announced in due course). The university does not provide bedding and utensils for use in the student hostels. Check-in commences on the 28^th of July 2024.
