Post A: Artisan Supervisor – Builder (1 Post: Gweru)

Qualifications and Experience

• Class One Journeyman certificate in Building 
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional supervisory working experience 

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate duties to Building Section artisans
• Supervise artisans and subcontractors on maintenance works
• Conduct building and infrastructure maintenance assessments
• Prepare renovation and face-lifting plans with the Directorate
• Compile maintenance budgets before each semester/year
• Raise material requisitions for approval
• Produce weekly and monthly maintenance and performance reports
• Contributes to departmental success by performing all essential duties as assigned.
