The Midlands State University has delivered its donation to the victims of Tropical Cyclone Idai following the loss of lives as well as the destruction of property and homes in Manicaland, Masvingo and Mashonaland East provinces. The donation was handed over on Friday 22 March 2019 at Silverstone and Skyline Command centres in Chimanimani. The donation consisted of food, clothing, toiletries and blankets among other things.
As Midlands State University we express our deepest condolences to the families who lost their loved ones during this disaster. Our prayers are also with the injured and we wish them a speedy recovery.
