The Chairperson of the Midlands State University Council, Mrs V. Hungwe, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor V. N. Muzvidziwa, the University Council, Senate, Staff and Students congratulate Professor Wiseman Magwa, the Executive Director of the MSU Language Institute and Professor Simuforosa Magwa on their latest book publication. The book titled ‘Supervision of Dissertations, Theses and Projects: A Guide for Students and their Supervisors’ (ISBN 979-1-77925-630-0) was published and printed by Dream Discovery Publishers, Gweru.
The book draws from the duo’s several years of research supervision. It provides basic information for supervisors of diploma, undergraduate, honours, masters and doctoral students while addressing the gap in the knowledge base relating to the supervision of research students by university and college staff. The book’s target audience is primarily students and supervisors at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels and is a must-have.
