20 October 2023 saw Midlands State University receive the prestigious, Service Excellence Award under the Higher and Tertiary Education Category at the Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe Awards Ceremony held at Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare.
Aimed at celebrating a culture of exceptional service delivery in Zimbabwe, the 12th Edition of the Service Excellency Award Ceremony ran under the banner, “Team Service”.
Director-School of Social Work, Dr. N. Muridzo, received the award on behalf of the University.
