The Library invites you to an informative JoVE Electronic Library Training Webinar scheduled for June 13th, from 10:00 to 12:00 PM. This session is designed to assist you in maximising the use of JoVE’s resources for your academic and research needs. JoVE, which stands for the Journal of Visualized Experiments, is the world-leading producer and provider of science videos that increase the productivity and efficacy of STEM research and education. With a library of over 18, 000 videos spread across multiple disciplines, these videos provide the depth needed to meet the needs of science students, lecturers and researchers at all levels.
Critical features of JoVE include:
a) Visual Format: JoVE publishes high-quality video articles that demonstrate research methods and experiments visually, making it easier for scientists to understand and replicate procedures.
b)Wide Range of Disciplines: JoVE covers a broad spectrum of scientific disciplines, including biology, chemistry, engineering, neuroscience, medicine, statistics, environmental science, biochemistry, and genetics.

Our facilitators for this webinar are Prerna Bhanushali, the Manager in Charge of Customer Success and Keisha Njenga, a Customer Specialist. Prerna and Keisha bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in assisting users in navigating and utilising JoVE’s extensive video library and tools. During this session, they will cover:
a) An overview of JoVE’s platform and content
b) Tips for effectively using JoVE for research, teaching and learning
c) How to access and integrate JoVE videos into your teaching and learning
d) Q&A session to address any specific questions you may have
