The 9th Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition will be held Geneva, Switzerland from 18 to 21 July 2017. To all students interested in taking part in this moot court competition, you will be required to individually prepare memorials on the hypothetical case for both the respondent and the applicant. The hypothetical case is available online at http://www.chr.up.ac.za/index.php/world-moot-documents.html . The deadline for the submission of memorials is on or before Friday the 14th of April 2017. The selection process will be based strictly on the memorials submitted.
