Midlands State University wishes to advise all Gweru Campus returning (level 2) students that all those who have been allocated on-campus accommodation will be required to reside on campus. Students are advised to check on their student portals for their allocated rooms and proceed to the respective campuses.
 
Zvishavane Campus returning (level 2) students will be allocated the available accommodation on a first come, first serve basis, upon arrival on Sunday 11 April 2021.
 
NB: Full accommodation fees is required for check-in.
The accommodation fees are as follows:
12- 23 April: $1750
12 April – 7 May: $3500
 
Covid-19 related health checks are compulsory and as such, all students must report to the respective health service personnel at Gweru Main Campus, GSBL, Batanai and Zvishavane residence entry points as per allocation.
 
Check-in for Gweru and Zvishavane campuses will start on Sunday 11 April 2021, therefore students who arrive on campus before this date WILL NOT be checked in.
 
Students are advised to bring the following:
1. Linen/Blankets
2. Cutlery
3. Plates or food containers
4. At least 2 cloth face masks
5. Enough supplies to last for the time they will be on campus.
 
NB:
In observance of Covid 19 guidelines:
1. Off-campus movement will be limited during this period.
2. National curfew times will be observed.
