  1. Introduction

Midlands State University is looking for an established company/ companies to operate Mini-Marts (Tuckshops) at the following locations: 

  • Gweru campuses (2) (Graduate School of Business Leadership and Main campus), 
  • Zvishavane Campus (1) 
  1. Background

The University is seeking for valid registered and experienced companies to offer retail mini-marts services to the university community (students, staff, and visitors). The University has canteens at all its campuses. The service provider (s) are expected to sell all other products excluding meals such as sadza and rice which are provided in the canteens.

  1. Deadline

Deadline for submission is 1000 hours on Thursday the 8th of July 2021. Opening will be done on the same day at 1015 hours. Tenderers are free to witness tender opening. All submissions are to be deposited before the closing date and time into the expression box, in the Registrar’s Office at Midlands State University, Senga Road, Gweru or to the following email registrar@staff.msu.ac.zw 

  1. Site Inspection date: Thursday 1 July 2021
    1. Gweru Campuses at 1000hrs (Meeting at GSBL Campus at 0945Hrs)
    2. Zvishavane Campus  at 1430 hrs (Meeting at Zvishavane main gate at 1415Hrs)
