This communication serves to inform you that with immediate effect, it is now compulsory to display one’s staff or student identity card upon entering and while on any of our campuses. The University reserves the right to bar from entering the campus any member of staff or student who does not have an identity card. Failure to abide by this order shall be an act of misconduct for which disciplinary action shall be taken against perpetrators or offenders.
Please note that this measure has been instituted in the interest of safeguarding the security of our staff and students and their personal belongings as well as University property. Our staff and students are urged be vigilant all the time and to report to Security any suspicious persons moving around campus.
