Post D: Clerk – Maintenance (1 Post: Kwekwe)
Qualification and Experience
- National Diploma in Stores Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant professional working experience
Key Responsibilities
- Receive job requests and open job cards
- Issue tools, spares and equipment
- Manage fuel requisitions and consumption records
- Ensure licensing of vehicles and equipment
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports (jobs, spares, tools, fuel, timesheets)
- Control stocks and maintenance schedules
- Handle administration duties including purchase requisitions
- Produce accurate documents within deadlines
- Maintain and update departmental database
- Record all maintenance work systematically
- Coordinate with other campuses
- Contributes to departmental success by performing all essential duties as assigned.
