Post E: Clerk Transport and Logistics (1 Post Gweru)
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 Ordinary level passes including Mathematics and English
- National Diploma in Transport and Logistics
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicle and generator availability through scheduled maintenance and servicing
- Maintain updated files and accurate records for all fleet assets
- Submit quarterly trend reports to the Transport and Logistics Supervisor
- Record and report accidents, thefts, and prepare insurance claims
- Track fleet repairs, fuel usage, mileage, and running costs
- Prepare monthly logs and summaries of fuel consumption and mileage
- Guarantee adequate fuelling, licensing, and insurance of fleet vehicles
- Conduct fuel audits for vehicles and generators
- Contributes to departmental success by performing all essential duties as assigned.
