PRO VICE CHANCELLOR: INFRASTRUCTURE AND CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT
Research Fellow: One (1) Post
The Council of Midlands State University is inviting applications for the above stated post.
Academic Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with at least a 2:1 degree class or better
- A Masters degree in Public Law and/or proof of advanced LLM studies.
Duties and Responsibilities
The incumbent will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the Pro-Vice Chancellor – Infrastructure and Campus Development and is expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
- Planning, designing and conducting original research projects, either independently or collaboratively
- Drafting briefs and other legal documents
- Analysing emerging legal issues
- Grant proposal writing and sourcing research funding
- Production of quarterly reports
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Pro-Vice Chancellor ICD
