Research Area: Industrial Automation and Cyber-Physical Control Systems
My research is dedicated to advancing the intelligence, efficiency, and reliability of industrial processes. I focus on the integrated stack of Industrial Automation, from field-level Instrumentation and Control to plant-wide supervision via SCADA systems and robust Industrial Communication Networks.
This work is central to the evolution of “smart factories” and critical infrastructure, enabling remote monitoring, data-driven decision-making, and automated control of complex physical processes. The research spans the design of control algorithms, the implementation of secure and reliable industrial IoT (IIoT) networks, and the development of advanced supervisory systems for Industry 4.0.
