The Vice-Chancellor of Midlands State University, Professor V. N. Muzvidziwa, the University Senate, Staff and Students wish to extend their deepest sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the Moyo, Matiza and Zimondi families, and the entire nation, following the untimely passing of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Major General (RTD) Dr S B Moyo, the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Development, Dr Arch. Joel Biggie Matiza and the former Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services Commissioner General, Major-General (Rtd) Paradzai Zimondi.
