The Chairperson of the Midlands State University Council, Mrs. M. Mwamuka, the Vice Chancellor, Professor V. N. Affectionately known as ‘Changamire’ among the students and staff, for his contributions to the prestigious Changamire and Dura Isipala higher education learning management systems; Mr. Dandira has set the pace through innovation and dedication in contribution to catapulting learning and teaching, research and innovation deliverables in praise of the premier user experience. With his new role providing strategic oversight of the Zimbabwe Online College, we have no doubt that ‘Changamire’ will steer digital learning advancements with humility, diligence and integrity – hallmarks that ensure Midlands State University’s position at the vanguard of higher learning in the country.
