Furthermore, our department places significant value on fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, industry partners, government entities, and educational institutions locally and globally. Through these strategic partnerships, we provide students with invaluable real-world insights and experiences to enrich their educational journey and better prepare them for the challenges of the professional world. This collaborative approach not only enhances the learning experience but also ensures that our students graduate with a competitive edge and a deep understanding of the HRM field’s practical applications.

The HRM department is committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment that caters to a diverse range of learners. By incorporating blended learning techniques and utilizing the multi-campus approach, coupled with a variety of modes of entry, we seek to provide a comprehensive educational experience that accommodates individual learning preferences and styles. The department is dedicated to offering valuable opportunities for personal and professional development. This is facilitated through hands-on experiences such as internships, engaging in research projects that contribute to advancements in the HR field, and active participation in various HR-related competitions and conferences. These experiences not only enrich students’ knowledge and skills but also prepare them for their future careers in the dynamic field of HR management. As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we highly value feedback from all stakeholders and welcome suggestions on how we can enhance our service delivery. By analyzing and implementing this valuable feedback, we strive to adapt and evolve our services to better meet the needs and expectations of our students and the broader community effectively. To ensure that our service standards remain aligned with the University’s overall objectives, the department regularly reviews its service charter. This periodic review process ensures that our service commitments and strategies are always in sync with the institution’s Strategic Plan, allowing us to effectively contribute to the university’s long-term goals and vision.
